He is someone whom I would never ever use again. We have a lot of angels in our house and all the 90 degree angles all leak, rotting our wood away. He stole our 10 ft ladder which we had to go and retrieve from him. He stole it from our electrician. He would come all the way here to where we live, fishing because we live around the river but he refused to bring the ladder with him. So we had to go all the way there to Madras and get it back from him. He steals the ladder and we had to drive to pick it from him. We are very disappointed when it really rains but we don’t get a lot of rains thankfully, all those angles just leaks and it is terrible. He is only one around who could do the tricky angles that our house had. After we got in here my husband would go up to replace the boards and he still comes and tries to fix the gutters which are all not angled right to drain the water. He is arrogant and his work is not good. We would never recommend him. When you pay someone for rain gutters it should not leak. They should all be angled properly for the water to drain out of the gutters. If he accidently taken the ladder or stole it he should have drove it down and returned it, instead of us having to drive down to get it. That was frustrating at that time. Over experience was bad. The price was not bad but the workmanship was not there, and the professionalism was not there. I have no complaints about his punctuality.
