I called and they were very busy. They asked if I would be willing to pay overtime (because it was late in the day)or, would service the next day be OK. I explained that I was handicapped and I needed help right away so, yes I would pay overtime. They were able to catch one of their men finishing up on another job and routed him immediately to me. He was kind, fast and courteous and I did not have to pay overtime. One of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had. Thank you.
