"Initally, Landmark was a good service. However, this last time, it has been a very unpleasant experience. We had a problem with our fridge freezer. They sent out the most unprofessional and unreliable service person, we ever had to deal with. We took time off our full time jobs, with no pay, to wait on this guy, who had every excuse in the book to why he left us hanging by not showing up. When he finally did, and supposedly "fixed it", he actually made the situation much worse. The only thing Landmark would say is they have to send the same guy out. Absolutely not, we don't want this guy in our house; or, yet another reschedule. We are done with Scott's Home Services LLC and Landmark. We cancelled the service, and stopped all future debits from occuring. In addition, we want the $60 service call refunded since now we have to buy a new fridge because the repairman made it worse. We highly DO NOT recommend Landmark or Scott's Home Services LLC. Worst services ever."

"I engaged YMC for 2 jobs. I was unhappy with both the quality and price of the both jobs. I had 2 leaky sinks, and the total bill to fix was $1,000 total. The techs visited multiple times, so I received multiple service charges and in the end, I believe I was overcharged for labor. In reviewing the (2nd) invoice, I was charged for 4.5 hours of work when the tech was only there 45 min. When I asked about that I was told that the tech spent 3hr 45min hours driving to different supply warehouses looking for parts ( a pre-rinse spray hose). It seemed very excessive to me at $90/hr. Can't a tech call around for a particular part instead of driving around town to random supply warehouses? Further, I am already experiencing problems with one of the sinks again. Normally I would call the previous plumber who fixed it but I will not do that this time as I am afraid of getting overcharged again. I used YMC because of their "A" rating on Angie's List, but I do not think it is justified based on my experience with them. I will not use them again."
