"We worked with Max and his team on a large scale hardscaping project worth over $50,000. This included a new fence and complicated paver installation. The work itself was done well and we are happy with the results. Unfortunately, the last phase of the project Max ordered 36% overage of our costly pavers - amounting to $2000. He was not forthcoming about this amount and had the pavers returned and pocketed the extra material cost. He did not leave us any extra to replace any broken or damaged pavers in the future. With much back and forth Max did refund us $700 but still owes us a reminder. This customer service is baffling to me. After a large scale project why leave us feeling cheated over $2000. To put salt in the wound he had a lawyer write us an inflammatory email stating we need to apologize to Max. Now unfortunately we are filing in small claims court with this company. There are so many landscaping companies out there. I would pick a different one with more experience/ organization."
