He was considerate of our needs, had helpful suggestions on the job. You could tell John was very competent and took great care in the details of the job. He was very considerate, worked steadily and did a great job.
He even repaired a security system sign that had broken in our front yard, something above and beyond the scope of the work. A small thing, but it was very much appreciated. He really did nice work on the downspouts and they look great!

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
