Eric called me within an hour or two after I had solicited multiple bids from various contractors and arrived on site less than an hour after our initial communication. Eric and Mindy arrived the next day and completed our shrub removal project quickly and professionally. All debris was hauled off and the areas were well raked and cleaned up. I highly recommend them for any tree/shrub removal project.

They did the job quickly. If I had the money, I would have hired them to cut down the whole tree. OG &E made them stop, so the tree wasn't cut as much as I wanted.

We chose Eric and his partner for several projects including putting up a new fence and cutting down a huge tree that was inches away from our house and close to the sheds. We were happy to know he is insured. Nothing was damaged and the tree was reduced to a stump on each he poured a chemical to ensure it would stop growing. Eric did a great job getting rid of the old fence and the many vines that had grown everywhere along the fence line. He was very transparent with the costs for materials and put up the new fence in one day. He kept us informed at every stage and asked for payment when the projects were completed. I would totally recommend his services.

This company came in with the lowest bid, so I hired them. They knew that I needed the trees done by Friday. They said they would get my trees done by Tuesday but later texted and said they were too busy so they would be here on Wednesday instead. Wednesday came and they did about half the work then disappeared for the rest of the day. The next day I tried to get a hold of them to see if they were going to finish the job before Friday but never got a response. Later that evening they texted my wife and said they would be here **first thing** Friday morning. Friday morning came and they still were not here and the guys for my other project had to work around the mess they left behind on Wednesday. They finally did show up and finish the trees but told my wife that he would be too busy to grind the stumps. The lesson here is that you get what you pay for. My only regret is not having a contract to hold them to their word.

I got several estimates to have 4 tall pine trees removed from my yard. Custom Tree Service was by far the most affordable. Eric and his team were all professional and courteous. They're experts and know what they're doing. They explained the procedures every step of the way, which was reassuring because the trees were in very close proximity to our house and our neighbor's house. Watching Mike, the climber fell the trees with Eric and Chad's assistance was fascinating. They hauled away every last twig and cleaned up until all that remained was sawdust. Honest and reliable company. Did not ask for a dime until the job was completed.
