"Eklund contacted me promptly to setup a time to come out and provide a quote. They were very respectful, polite and informative and provide me a quote right there. Quote was accepted and the work was scheduled for a week from the date of the quote. They arrived on time and got to work. On the flip side, choosing a system with not enough BTUs can cause the system to work harder to try to cool the space, leading to more electricity consumption and higher energy bills.
