"First class and 5 star service from their Office manager Beth to their technician Derrick Goad. Technician Derrick was Professional and very knowledgeable of my furnace that he was working on. Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. "We have used Airco for annual maintenance on our home HVAC.  Our upstairs unit has had a coolant leak for a while.  Other servicers wanted to just top up the coolant, which has been getting more expensive with the rising cost of coolant and government regulations.  Airco checked for the source of the leak and determined that it was in the evaporator coil.  Government regulations do not allow replacement of just the coil since it uses R-22 coolant.  Airco sent someone to check our cooling needs, measured the area to be cooled and advised on the size of unit needed.  I asked about getting a larger unit with more heating and cooling capability but they said that it would be a waste of money (although it would have been more money for them).  They also advised on the different units available and credits available for installing a more efficient unit then what we had.  We selected a unit and within a week it was installed and operating.  It working great, and we're even letting it carry some of the load for our older unit which covers the downstairs zone in our home."
