Fred and his helper built a level wood base & and assembled/installed a 4'x8' garden shed which I had purchased at Sam's Club. He also picked up all the lumber supplies from local hardware store per agreed additional charge. This was accomplished in 1 day.  Fred is very reliable and pleasant to deal with. I subsequently used him for a second job, to cut down, split & stack firewood from four (4) dead trees on my property. This job took 3 days. Fred is truly a "jack of all trades." In both cases, Fred left the work site in neat and clean condition. I highly recommend him.

"I called Jesus on Friday and asked if he would come to Grove and give us a quote to lay out flooring. He was there the next morning- wow talk about responsive! Once we were ready, he was able to get to our house the next week! The work was done extremely well. We had remodeled and didn’t want our freshly painted trim removed to lay the floor. No problem for Jesus and his team, there wasn’t even a scratch on the base boards. I highly recommend Jesus if you need great service and follow up. The installer returned at the agreed time and completed the installation in record time. Work was done well and installer was very professional. Someone from the company called and came the next day to check on the work and make sure we were satisfied which we were.

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"
