My dog is a rescue & not very receptive to other dogs so I needed at least that side of the fence upright quickly. I called for an estimate on a Sunday hoping to hear a response on Mon. Kyle called me within a couple hrs! Not only that he came that day & gave me a quote. When I told him the situation he said he’d be here Mon am. Bright & early Mon he & the crew showed up. They not only replaced the urgent side they took Tues & Wed from their schedule & finished the whole yard plus 3 gates! Kyle & his crew are respectful, informative, friendly, hard working, thorough and very clean. They take the time to not only do the job right but go the extra mile. "Start date is estimate. First day, old fence and posts were taken out. Second day, steel posts were put in. Third and fourth day, pickets were put on in the rain. Next, gates were put on and everything wrapped up. About one month later, fence crew came out and replaced about 25 warped boards. Contract says company doesn't liable to do this but they were nice to do it anyway. Fast forward two months later and there are approx. 70 more pickets that are warped out of a total of 175. Again, contract does say they will not replace warped pickets but it also states that company guarantees "free from defects in materials" for two years. I texted and called at least 5-6 times but no response. Worker said he never saw the texts. Worker finally answered phone and said he'd be over in a couple of days but never showed. Workmanship on fence was good. Workers were good and nice. Good guys. I have a problem with the pickets and their return communication. They have never responded to us but once. Also, pickets are warping 4 months since completion and I'm thinking we MAY have received bad boards. Worker did suggest putting on a sealer before winter but 70 boards were bad in September so can't see any value in putting a sealer on bad pickets."

Here we are a few weeks later and I happened to look under the bed in the master bedroom. The bed is new and was assembled in the room this past July. During the painting, the first day there were two workers who moved the bed. On the second day, there was only one. That one person moved the bed back after the painting and because it was not picked up, the center leg under the frame was broken loose. When I saw that on Friday, 1/8, I called Mr. Vargas, who answered his phone. He argued that there had been two men on the second day so the damage could not have happened. I assured him that was not the case and he made an appointment to look at the bed on Monday 1/11 between 11 and 12. At 2:30 on Monday, I still had not heard from Mr. Vargas so called and left a message to ask him to come after 4 or on the next day. He did not come either time, nor did he call back. I texted him on Wednesday, 1/15 and still no response. 

I'm sorry to report this, I was happy with their work and intended to give them a great deal more work in the future."

"Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. Payment was only requested after the job was done and I told them I was happy with the result. There were no hidden charges or BS. I wrote the check out for the exact amount on the estimate. Jerry's estimate came in from 1000 to 7000 dollars less than the other 5 estimates I got from Angie's list vendors. He's friendly, local, and great. No deficits to report."

"Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"
