The owner Richard Tattershall is a scummy individual who will look for any way to take advantage of his customers. He is also facing assault charges and future warrants due to his violent unpredictable nature. Let me ask you this, would you want a violent felon who attempted to murder his wife in your home, your business, or around your families? For me the answer is no as I refuse to have such individuals around to harass my family and manipulate me out of my hard earned money

I hired C&C Air Services (aka Comfort Class) to replace three HVAC units in my home. The install was for Nov. 11-15. Richard, the owner, showed me pictures of HVAC units they train on and assured me they were the exact same units they would install in my home. I was duped into thinking these were professionals and that the installation would proceed smoothly. It was anything but that. Long story short, C&C had never installed units like these, and their amateur mistakes (improper wiring, failure to convert from gas to propane, missing pipe glue, failure to seal a huge hole in my home) have caused thousands of dollars in property damage, and since we paid for the second half of the install on Nov. 22nd, we've experienced at least 5 furnace failures from all 3 units. When C&C was made aware of the cost of the damage, they ghosted us - they won't answer our calls, even when we call because a unit failed again. We've had to involve a lawyer to keep our heat working! Choose someone else!

They did a really good job and they clean out our chimney a couple of times. We are happy.

Kody showed up ready to work and was very considerate of my property. Placed his matt down before coming in, wore covers on his shoes, and after completing his work, he cleaned up. He completed inspected my chimney and cleaned it up so we are ready for next year. Price quoted was the price charged, no surprises. He gave me recommendations for the upcoming years to be prepared and provided a quote for those recommendations so we can plan ahead. Amber and Suzanne in the office were great to work with for scheduling and confirming appointments. Will definitely use again!

Thomas and Tyler showed up this morning on time and called before heading this way so I knew exactly when they would get here. They immediately explained the process and verified I knew the pricing that was quoted. They cleaned out all my air duct vents and returns, check the coils and cleaned them and made sure everything was exactly as we expected. They worked quickly, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing was left out of place.
