He actually provided a complete proposal for all new HVAC and ducting before I could complete the floor plan sketch. "They were excellent!! I had a complete replacement of the ac unit. He also replaced the pad, sleeve, and other items worn out. They think of everything, clean up his mess, and even hauled off the old holster heater sitting in the yard. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was very professional. But a swamp cooler is different from a standard portable AC unit.
