I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

"The repair was done within three days and the technician was great. However, a portion of my sidewalk had to be removed. I called the next week and was told that they had 28 emergencies, which I understood, as ours had been an emergency, also. Nearly four months late, and having called and emailed several times, my husband finally got a trailer and hauled it off himself so that we could get the sidewalk repaired. He is nearly 70 and had been in the hospital, so I was not wanting him to do that at this time. In addition, we had them come to our business to repair a toilet and urinal. They came by, fixed the toilet, said that they needed a part for the urinal, and then never returned, even after phone calls."
