David is very professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. I hired him to install my Ring system, which he did a great job. He even went above and beyond and programmed my new remote for the garage door! I will call him again when the need arises.

My experience with David and Chris couldn't be better. Great communication and very accommodating. I was asked what I needed and it was delivered. David showed me how to use the hardware and the app. I have already recommended AcuityCam to my friends. I will keep them in mind for future work.

I paid them 1/2 of the Job and paid the other 1/2 when they finished , they did not put the furniture back and put hold in the wall to run wires through the wall and no plate for for the wires .Note on the Ring never got the ring hook up on both cell phones said he would get back with in 20 mins that took Two weeks did show up but could not make hook up to both cell phones said he would video the set up for the ring that was October10,2022 now its October 18, 2022 no video That was David Jacobs now should I be Happy.

"Good day I would like to start off by saying we (ACSS) AcuityCam Surveillance Services is not perfect but we strive for perfection. We have been in business since 2007. Moreover, I was shocked and upset when I read Charle review of us because he partially was true and partially was incorrect. Charles did pay a 50% down payment and the remaining balance upon completion. because that is our requirement for brand-new customers. I would like to emphasize completion. If we did not complete Charles wood installation of Qty-6 cameras and the ring doorbell, we would not have he would not have received the final payment Mr. Woods made it very clear he is going."
