"On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

It's turn-key install, so I didn't have to remove anything from walls or doors - they took care of uninstall and reinstall. He even fixed some guttering as part of the process. Jonathan wants his customers to be happy, and he is willing to address even the smallest concern. We used top of the line paint. It's expensive, but the overall quality and service seems to be worth it. I would certainly use him again."

I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced.
