"Excellent. They use a process that dries very quickly that leaves the carpets a little damp, but not wet like steam cleaning. They had to go over the worst of the pet stained areas multiple times, so those areas took a little longer to dry, however, the pet stains are gone. I used the company before and they were good enough that I remembered the owner's name and easily found he on Angie's list again. I highly recommend this company and will use them again. I had previously used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have been very pleased both times. Called about 15 minutes before set arrival time to say that he was running about 10-15 minutes late. I appreciated this so much even though it was just a few minutes difference. Many service providers do not have the courtesy to do this."
