This company was awesome! I had only called to get a quote to get air duct vleaning, but the price was to good to pass up. Even though it was short notice they showed up & got the job done. The staff were very nice. I will definitely refer them to others! I will be calling them for my next project of carpet & tile cleaning.

This company did not clean the tile grout at all. The tile grout looked exactly the same after their attempted cleaning was completed. The tile had a sticky residue on it after is was supposedly cleaned. I tried to clean the tile grout myself and I did an excellent job, the grout looks like new. I definitely would not recommend this company for cleaning tile grout!

They were prompt, they did clean the air vent, but the contractor stepped trough the ceiling creating a hole and was not willing to repair the hole or discount the invoice. They do not use a camera on their instrument to make sure they got the entire vent clean. UPDATE-After the follow up with customer solutions, the owner agreed to repair our ceiling. The contractor he used did a good job and we are pleased with the ceiling repair.

They scraped up my cupboards on the bottom with their machine. There were many spots in corners that did not even get touched with cleaning. They came out a second time and used basically a cloth and after they left I took a toothbrush and removed stuff that was still in the grout. Very dissappointed.
