Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "Excellent. Carpet was extremely dirty with pet stains and red mud. He worked very hard to remove all the stains and finished with scotchguard treatment. I had previously used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have been very pleased both times. Called about 15 minutes before set arrival time to say that he was running about 10-15 minutes late. I appreciated this so much even though it was just a few minutes difference. Many service providers do not have the courtesy to do this."
