And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Overall, he got the carpet much cleaner. I was disappointed that the coffee table wasn't moved for cleaning, as I ended up with a dirty rectangle where it was sitting, and we do frequently slide it around."
