"All went really well. We have used them 3-4 times so far and will continue to use their services as long as we have carpet. We have 4 large long-hair dogs that shed and they cleaned the carpet, then did it again because they didn't feel like they had gotten all the dog hair out without anyone having to ask them to do that. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "The cleaning went fine. He showed up about 15 minutes late but called ahead to let me know he was running late. The living room carpet was very dirty from pet traffic and stains. Overall, he got the carpet much cleaner. I was disappointed that the coffee table wasn't moved for cleaning, as I ended up with a dirty rectangle where it was sitting, and we do frequently slide it around."
