I had previously used this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning and have been very pleased both times. Called about 15 minutes before set arrival time to say that he was running about 10-15 minutes late. I appreciated this so much even though it was just a few minutes difference. Many service providers do not have the courtesy to do this."
