My dealings with this company went very well.  We had lived in our house 11 years and had never used the fireplace gas log.  I decided I wanted to use it occasionally but wanted to have it inspected and cleaned.  When I called Aynes Enterprises, the lady in the office explained the cost very clearly.  The minimum charge would be $95, and the charge could go up to $159.95 if repairs needed to be made or anything other than a basic inspection and clean.  The work was scheduled, and the serviceman came at the appointed time.  He was very neat, tidy, and pleasant.  He suggested that we add more lava rocks to the base of the fireplace for cosmetic reasons.  I have a good impression of this company and will use them again.

Showed up, did all the work right then, even came out next day to replace faulty  new control display.

They did a good job but they were expensive.

The previous owner of the house we bought may have used a different lawn care company to treat the lawn. They did not water the grass and the lawn was in bad shape. First year we used Aynes Enterprises' service, there were weed coming out pretty bad in the winter and summer. Not much they can do about that, I guess. But the second winter here, we hardly see any weed we had the previous year. So far everything still looks good.

All aspects of the job met or exceeded our expectations. Have recommended Aynes to others and will use again.

We have been very happy with our decision to use Aynes Enterprises to install our sprinkler system.  First of all, they actually have someone answering the phone.  Something so simple, but I was shocked how many sprinkler companies I called have just a recorder!  The other company who did answer the phone had no tact whatsoever.  If they don't answer the phone you can't reach them when you need to.  The gentleman who came over to give the estimate was very professional, prompt and answered all our questions.  The installation went very smooth. The crew was friendly, and they did a GREAT job keeping the impact on the yards to a minimum.  This was VERY important to us.  They spent a lot of time repairing and repacking the trenches and even replanting some of the shade grass sod they had to remove.   Having a system like this installed is a construction project.  If you want a great result, you have to help mend the turf for a few weeks adding sand/soil where needed, but 2 months later you can barely tell it was done.  Aynes has been out a couple of times to tweak a few things and make a few adjustments, the system works perfectly.  The rain sensor is a nice add on, but the program logic is flawed in my opinion.  It continues to water on the odd/even schedule as little as 30-36 hours after major rain events (1-3 inches).  To me it should wait longer, but that's a Rainbird issue, nothing to do with Aynes. It still works to shut down the system if rain starts before or during a program cycle.  Aynes wasn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I can't imagine anyone doing a better  job at any price.  I highly recommend them.

Mike Aynes came to our home and met with us to get a feel for what we wanted.  He listened to our landscaping likes and dislikes and made several suggestions.  He was always very nice about answering our questions and was very patient with our concerns.    He ended up giving us a beautiful design.  The project took a little less than a week.  His crew members were very polite and considerate and they worked very hard.  They took pride in their work.  We would recommend Aynes Enterprises to anyone wanting fabulous landscaping!  We will definitely call them when we start our next project.

Overall this was a very good experience.  Mr. Aynes and his technicians were all very professional and courteous.  We feel that they did an excellent job taking care of us.
