This guy did an inspection for me back in 2015. Good guy. But as of 6/15/2020 he appears to be out of business.

Services were performed on time and as promised. Scheduling was easy and they were great to work with. They walked me around the property after the inspection to show me what they found. They did a great job pointing out the issues and providing advice on possible solutions.

Darrell was extremely thorough! Especially since the property is a newly constructed home, the expectations toward perfection are much higher, of course, than an older home, and he paid attention to every detail. Even the builder remarked that they'd never had such a detailed inspection report before, which made us feel even more confident of the job that was done! Thanks to A&D, all the defects that were noticed and reported on were fixed prior to closing, and that is a big deal! We were very happy with the job that A&D did, and would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good home inspector!

Darrell and Andrea showed up right on time for the inspection. They were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection. Afterwards he showed me all the problems and how we could fix some of the things ourselves (which I definitely appreciated). The next day we received their report in email along with pictures of all the problem areas. I would recommend A&D to anyone needing a home inspection. I also thought they were very reasonable.

Wonderful, they answered every question I had and gave me opinions on how they would fix it/have it fixed and I will definitely be hiring them again if I need another inspection done! My cost was $475 because it was a 2500 square ft house and 1600 square ft detached garage

Darrell and his wife were there on time for the home inspection. They introduced themselves and immediately began to inspect the property. The inspection was very through and didn’t leave any section or area out. After he had concluded his inspection, Darrell took me back through the house to personally show me any issues he notices and offered expert builders advice on how to properly and safely fix any issues whether that be a DIY project or it required the attention of a licensed professional. I received the formal report later that evening well ahead of the promised time frame. Over all I was very impressed with A&D Home Inspection and their service.

Andrea and Derrell were there at 0845 like discussed, they helped to explain the entire process before, during and after the inspection was complete. They insured both mine and my husbands questions were answered before moving on. We will not purchase a home in Oklahoma without A&D (Daryl and Andrea) inspecting it! They are an amazing team, are extremely thorough, and summarize their findings in a timely, picture filled report. This is the third home they’ve inspected for us. The previous two homes have proven to be solid investments, and we were able to negotiate costly home fixes with the sellers based on A & D’s home inspection reports. Darrell and Andrea did a superb job. The inspection was very complete. I have never had a home inspection before, but I am understanding it is not required for the inspector to actually be on the roof for the roof inspection, but Darrell was. That helps, because some items would otherwise go unnoticed from the ground. He has a lot of experience and knows what to look for, where to look, and when to dig a little deeper to find the source of any problems. When they finished the job, Darrell walked me through the house, inside and out, and explained what he found and made some recommendations. He pointed out items that were good, as well as bad, and he noted safety issues as well as maintenance issues. He also explained things in terms I was able to understand, and before leaving, he made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. After the inspection, I was provided a detailed report, with pictures and recommendations. This has enabled me to go back and review all the items in detail which is helping me in the decision making process. If I am in need of another inspection in the future, A&D will be the first company I will call.

Darrell and Andrea did a great job! The whole home inspection was very thorough and professionally done. Darrell made some suggestions and recommendations that would help reduce utility costs. The completed inspection report was very detailed and organized. Along the way Darrell explained findings he noticed. Overall A&D Home Inspection performed quality work and attention to detail.

As a Real Estate agent I have a list of trusted vendors available for my clients. A&D is at the the top of my inspector list and I am always pleased when clients book with them. They are always on time, professional, and thorough. They are on my list because a buyer did their own research and found them on Angies list years ago. I was so impressed, I added them to my recommended vendors. My clients always remark that they appreciate the way he explains the home maintenance process and I love how they point out actual defects vs maintenance issues. They show they clients everything without being dramatic but also looking out for the clients best interest. I feel comfortable recommending them because I know they will protect me as the agent by uncovering all the foreseeable home issues and allowing the buyer to make an informed decision to negotiate.

What a pleasure it was to work with a professional. They arrived at the property on time. After a quick walk through they got busy inspecting. The whole process took just a little over two (2) hours. When the process was complete the inspector walked me through the property pointing out items of concern which would need repair, maintenance or were cosmetic. Each item discussed was in their report along with pictures. I am glad to have this report because it now gives me the opportunity to correct them before the sale. I would highly recommend A&D Home Inspection to my friends and neighbors for their friendliness and professionalism in this process.

Amazing. The inspection was thorough and detailed. I was provided with all the information I needed and the repair list was extremely easy to use and work with. Would definitely hire again, especially for another home inspection to see if the repairs were done correctly.
