"We had a clogged bathroom drain, a gas line extension to be installed and a few other minor plumbing issues.  They showed up on time, and did a good jog installing the new gas service, as well as patching a drain leak that they found that we were not even aware of.  However they spent practically the entire day, charged a hefty fee and never fixed the clogged bathroom drain, which was the primary reason to call them.  This contrasts with previous service which has been very good and reasonably priced.  Note: our house was built in the 20's, has a crawl space and most of the original drain system piping is still in place.  They seemed to be very reluctant to enter the crawl space which likely would have been required to fix the drain glog.
