I called them and they were here the same day. Tony did a fantastic job and went the extra mile. If you need servicing of your septic tank, I highly recommend Honey Wagon.

I called Honey Wagon, based on a recommendation from a friend in the construction business, after I noticed all the toilets in my house backing up. They sent a pump truck out and the man began looking for my septic tank with a long rod which he poked in the ground in several places. The problem I had was that my yard is very rocky and he couldn't tell if he was hitting the tank or just a rock. He said he would not be able to locate my tank unless he dug down and tried to find it, base on an old diagram that I had. However, the drawing wasn't really clear as to the location of the tank and I was concerned about the expense of having them dig up my yard for several hours just to locate the tank. I told him I would try and find it myself and so I paid him a service call fee of $50, which he said would be deducted from my next call, if I called them back. So I started digging just off of my cleanout pipe to get the correct angle to the tank. Then I measured out the distance that showed on my diagram and started digging again. I soon located my tank and kept digging to find and uncover both access ports. I didn't know if I need to uncover both of them, but I wanted to make sure they had access to whatever they needed when I called them back out, so they would be able to check for problems, etc. I called the next morning and they sent the same guy out. He was able to pump out the tank and he also tried to wash out as much sludge as he could with my garden hose. He then recommended some enzyme additives to liquefy the remaining sludge in the tank. I agreed and bought some additional amounts of the product, based on his recommendation. The total for the second visit came to $230, including $30 for a year's supply of the enzyme treatment. There are a couple of things you should keep in mind if you use their services: 1) It will save you some expense if you can locate and uncover your tank ahead of time; 2) they need fairly close access to the tank if they are going to get the suction they need. Luckily, the double gate I had in my fence enabled him to get his truck into my back yard and close to the tank. Overall, I was pleased with their service and think they did a pretty good job. It has been about a month and a half since their service, and, so far, our system is still working OK.

The service was fine. The driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The owner/person who answers the phone was sexist, and rude. I called to schedule an appointment and was asked Name and address, I told him I would be there. I was asked well "What's your husband's name?" I said I don't have one! (Do I need to have a husband to have my septic tank cleaned?! ) When the driver accidentally hit a tree limb in our yard, the driver was pleasant and professional, the owner was a j***. First he said he had no insurance to take care of such things. After I informed him that I would be happy for him to speak to my fiance who is a lawyer, he decided he would call the insurance company to see if they would cover it. The driver offered to come back with a chainsaw and take care of it himself. This company needs to hire an interface between the company and their clients. The work was fine. The price was fine. But I will never spend my money there again because of the way in which I was treated. I hope you won't either so that something will change.

Honey Wagon aims to please. I received good services from them. I know little about septic systems so I was pleased to see they thoroughly explained what they were doing and why. I felt like a valued customer and would be happy to give them positive feedback to others in my area.

They arrived at the prescribed time. I had the tank cover exposed and ready for them. The tank was completely emptied in no more than an hour. All went well, and the technician was more than willing to offer me suggestions on septic use.

Located septic tank and pumped it out. I was surprised at how fast he found it. I needed the lateral lines cleaned and he gave me a good referral to get the work done.
