Very professional, explained what needed to be done and the reasoning behind it. After assessing the problem, they were able to do the work the same day. Cleaned up the work area afterwards and was very polite and courteous.

Nahum and Alex were both professional and friendly. They were upfront about the issues and the work that needed to be done, they were responsive to questions, and I never felt like I was in the dark. The work done was fairly involved and they finished exactly when they said they would and the work looks great.

Went smoothly. Nahum and his helper arrived a bit early and got to work quickly after introductions. They did a thorough and profesional job installing the new water heater and bringing the system up to current codes. Left the worksite swept and clean. I'm already planning a few other projects for him to do,

Company provided clear and thorough estimates with several price point options. Explained what work needed to be done and why. Contractor protected the staircase and flooring, and wore shoe protectors, which was very much appreciated. Work was completed in just over 1 day. At completion, contractor took the time to show and explain all work done and to answer my questions. He also took the time to get me started on applying for an ONG rebate.

Nahum with Outstanding Plumbing (918-955-0596) did a great job! Our hot water tank went out Friday night. I called Nahum Saturday morning, he gave me a quote over the phone (after I sent him pictures and measurements), he bought the materials right away, and showed up promptly at our home. Within less than three hours we had hot water again! He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He also did not charge us extra for coming out in a Saturday! I would highly recommended him!

Best plumber ever. I called on a Sunday afternoon. The owner was out of town but texted me back immediately. I texted him my problem and that we had a house full of company coming in on Christmas Eve. He called his technician and asked if his schedule could accommodate me between 8-9 am on Monday morning. They came out, replaced our hot water heater and did some other things as well.....totally exceeded our expectations. This company and the owner, as well as employees, are off the chart awesome! I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

I am so pleased with the work and service. They were quick to respond, prices were very fair and they stayed after hours to make sure the job was complete. They were in contact with me throughout the process to make sure I understood what needed to be done and sent me photos to confirm when the job was complete. Very professional.

Very happy with results. Thought cost was slightly high. One sink took one hour. ($220) Second sink and toilets took a little longer ($300) but they came out same day I called once I had the right number. Had called first number on the card twice and sent one text message with no response over about five days. Called second number and reached him immediately.
