I was able to explain the job and they were able to take the goals I had and came up with a comprehensive solution to repair storm damage and give me a usable porch once again. Every detail we discussed during the estimate was finished up even the small stuff that I honestly thought might get skipped since they were nice to have but not directly related to the primary goal I had. He was dependable and honest and did great job for a reasonable price! It is so nice to find someone who knows what he is doing (and does it well) without you having to oversee it all.
