"Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

"Ricardo and his team at The Perfect Coat were efficient, effective, and professional. We started our renovations a couple weeks before moving to Norman and were a little apprehensive about being remote (we were still living in Phoenix at the time). However, Ricardo put our nerves at ease with his excellent communication. He was committed to delivering our vision. We hired The Perfect Coat to paint the interior of our home as well as to remodel the kitchen. The kitchen remodel included building and painting cabinets, building and installing a custom island, building and installing custom floating shelves, installing a hood vent along with the duct-work, and replacing the existing backsplash.
