He replaced her bathtub with a beautiful tile walk in shower with grab bars and a handheld shower head. He removed her old standard toilet for a taller, more comfortable one. He also replaced the tile flooring with a beautiful new tile that looks like a wooden floor without having to worry about any water damages. He replaced two different faucets for the sink lavatories. The best part is his quote was almost half of what the bigger companies were quoting while being done with better materials. "Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this.
