Our standard repair rate is currently $66.00 for 30 minutes or less* or $89 per hour for repair work exceeding 1 hour. Sewer & Drain Cleaning starts at $99.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. After the first hour we bill in 5 minute increments. Unlike many of our competitors we do not add a trip charge or charge extra for gas or mileage fees for services in our regular work area. We only charge the hourly rate plus parts that are needed for your job. Our regular service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For an additional charge, after hours emergency service is available before or after these hours for those who need it. This service is based on availability. We try to carry as many parts as possible on our service trucks and do carry most of the commonly needed parts with us. However, it is impossible to carry every part with us that could be needed. If it becomes necessary for us to leave the job site to get a part, we will charge for all time associated with obtaining that part. For the timely and proper completion of some large or difficult jobs, it may be deemed essential to have more than one person on the job site. In this instance a two-man rate will be assessed.
