"To do the actual termite work, the team of 3 men showed up on time. Each knew the work that needed to be done and spent no time getting after their piece of it. They were professional and answered all my questions as I watched a bit and asked them about the process. They did everything they said they would do when we first talked about the job. After completion, Blake thoroughly explained the guarantee and answered the questions I had about ongoing coverage after the guarantee expired.
