I purchased an Ionics Water Filtration System 8 years ago and it was the best money I have ever spent. Keeps your appliances clean of build which means they last longer. The difference in the taste of our water is unbelievable. I don't have to purchase distilled water anymore for my nasal rinses, it's that pure. I will never go back to using or drinking water that has not been filtered with Ionics Filtration Systems.

I have been very pleased with my new water filtration system. I have seen a huge improvement in the overall quality of our water. It tastes better and I no longer have mineral deposits on my faucets. I especially love my reverse osmosis system. My water tastes better than any bottled water. Dean Tipton was very easy to work with and very informative. He spent a lot of time explaining thoroughly answering my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to General Ionics.

Dean Tipton is very knowledgeable about water quality in Oklahoma and other states, explaining it all to me and how filtration would drastically improve water quality which in turn improves health. The technician did an absolute great job on our installation. He took the extra time to make sure everything with our system worked perfectly before ending his day. We had their system at our former residence and knew without a doubt that it was worth the cost to have a system installed in our new home. We contacted General Ionics and found them extremely professional and punctual. They went the extra mile and did a special installation at no additional cost to me. We have had the unit for about a year now and have been totally satisfied and have had zero issues. The cost is a bit high compared to what you can find at Lowes, however the performance is much better. It's the old get what you pay for. If it says anything, I'd do it again.

I am quite happy with our water system from General Ionics of OKC! Dean Tipton is very knowledgeable and understood my concerns about the water quality at our house. The system that was installed was fairly expensive, but I don't regret it at all. Our water quality is amazing now. The water from the reverse osmosis system at the sink tastes wonderful and the whole house filter is great! No more dry skin or hard water spots all over the fixtures and glass. General Ionics was great to work with and even came to repair a leak (*totally unrelated to their work*) at no cost to me! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent, installation went well, they are always very responsive and they have the best warranty in the business. It does cost more than other places but the quality of the system, the warranty and a no cost service fee for the lifetime of the system makes it worth it. The cost after installation is minimal in comparison to many other places I researched. I highly recommend them to everyone. My family and I could tell the difference in the taste and softness of the water immediately.

The installers were right on schedule and were excellent workers. They were friendly and worked diligently and neatly to complete our installation. When the install was complete they were very concise in explaining the new system and in demonstrating what we would need to do for future maintenance of our system. Dean Tipton, Operations Manager for General Ionics, was our initial contact and was a pleasure to do business with. He analyzed our water system and recommended the Terminator IQ system and we followed his recommendation. We never felt pressured to purchase this system and have been extremely satisfied with the water quality improvement we noticed shortly after the installation.

Very professional and knowledgeable workers. Big job for them to do and they did it quickly. Water went from a hardness of 20 to a 1. We can drink our water for the first time in 10 years. Hard water residue has went away. Very pleased. They did have to come back out to fix a clog. Quickly responded and very pleasant. So far we are very pleased with the water system and the customer servive.
