Justin was amazing to say the least! He performed mold remediation at our home. He answered our call in the evening, came out the next day and gave a very fair estimate within hours. He was very professional and friendly while calming our nerves about what to expect. Justin explained the mold remediation process and took time to answer all our questions. He took pictures throughout the process and showed us every step. He even worked on Memorial Day!! I highly recommend Justin if you ever have the need for mold remediation. Justin was great! Premier restoration was very quick in responding and quickly after contacting him, he arrived out at my house for mitigation and quickly dried up the water damage done in the basement. Great quality equipment and very personable guy! He will do his best to make sure you are satisfied with the job he does!

Justin with Premier Restoration truly saved the day! I had water that had leaked out from a failed garbage disposal and was coming down to my basement ceiling and Justin walked me through what needed to be done and got right to work. He was calm and took the time to explain everything and calm my fears. A+!
