He quickly analyzed the problem and ordered the part. He returned and installed the part as soon as the part arrived. Don was quick, efficient, and professional. "Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
