"Hi Melissa, when we met with you, we advised that the inspector would want all 7 GFIs replaced. However, you insisted that you only wanted to pay for 5 GFIs. We completed the GIF installation, we sent you pictures of properly working GFIs. We have still not received payment for this work. Once the inspector came, as we expected, they told you that you would need all 7 replaced. When you called informing us of this, we let you know we could install the extra 2 GFIs for $189. At We Care Electric, we provide free service calls if there are malfunctions with our work. However, we do not install GFIs for free. We are sorry you had a bad experience. At We Care Electric, we will always value integrity and will always provide quality work."
