"Angie, I was glad to find Advent on your web site. The technician did such a great job that I referred them to my friend who was having HVAC problems. Our A/C quit and I thought the problem was the thermostat so I changed it. The unit did not run. I wanted a company that served Eastern OK County & checked Angie's List on-line. Advent is in Choctaw OK and has a superior rating. I know why, now! The tech was running late and called to let me know, which I appreciate. When he arrived, I explained what I had done, saying that I had found the brown wire broken and reconnected it. He traced the wires and got the unit working. What really impressed me was that he doubled checked the unit at the heat pump and found that it was heating, not cooling. He went back to the furnace & thermostat, removed the brown wire, and reversed 2 other wires. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed this experience. Two years ago, when I was very sick, I was "hooked" into a costly plumbing problem by a local contractor. I'll check Angie's List first.
