They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. "Angie, I was glad to find Advent on your web site. The technician did such a great job that I referred them to my friend who was having HVAC problems. Our A/C quit and I thought the problem was the thermostat so I changed it. The unit did not run. I wanted a company that served Eastern OK County & checked Angie's List on-line. Advent is in Choctaw OK and has a superior rating. I know why, now! The tech was running late and called to let me know, which I appreciate. When he arrived, I explained what I had done, saying that I had found the brown wire broken and reconnected it. He traced the wires and got the unit working. What really impressed me was that he doubled checked the unit at the heat pump and found that it was heating, not cooling. He went back to the furnace & thermostat, removed the brown wire, and reversed 2 other wires. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed this experience. Two years ago, when I was very sick, I was "hooked" into a costly plumbing problem by a local contractor. I'll check Angie's List first. Oh, by the way, the original thermostat was defective and the one I installed was good. Thanks Angie, thank you Advent!!!"

"I called on Wednesday morning and Buddy said they could be out that afternoon to repair the leak they'd missed as well as install the bathtub spout. I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. He assured me he would call before they headed our way. No call, no show on Thursday, not even a courtesy call. I assumed they forgot about me so I called Friday morning and asked. He said that they had not forgotten but just got "too busy." He said they could come out Friday afternoon and that he would call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up at 3pm without any warning. Luckily, I was working from home and was here to let them in.Clearly, the responsiveness I experienced on the first repair is not as consistent as I originally imagined. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected.On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly.Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service."

"The owner is Thanna and she came out right away and looked at our old tub. She showed up on time, explained all of the details, and we scheduled a day to have the work done.
Prior to our scheduled day she called to confirm, and then showed up on time as promised. She refinished the tub and the soap dish on the wall, as well as installing new drain and overflow hardware. The tub turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier. She was very professional and very careful to not damage our home. 
I would highly recommend Thanna Cline and Perma-Finish if you have an old tub needing help!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
