There was a couple of times when I felt the tech really was uncertain of what they were doing, one time he a tech said I needed my system pumped when I had that done recently. I called and Red Dirt sent someone else out to check and found that was not the case (I already knew it was not so).
Other than that I feel they are a good company to do business with.
My only suggestion is that Red Dirt should provide the enzyme packs for the monthly treatment with customers that maintain an annual contract."

"A crew from Groundworks installed eight floor supports and encapsulated our crawl space last week. Jorge, Isaac, Kenny, Zacch, and Anthony did a great job! They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. Also, I want to give a shout out to Anthony who did our inspection/estimate. He was very thorough and patient and made everything understandable. Another five-star guy!"

"We actually hired JLS to do multiple projects: expand our laundry room (removal of a load bearing wall was required), repair a cracked joist in the attic space over our garage, and install a vented range hood to replace our old recirculating hood.
