Hello, I contacted you on May 8 for my liner to be replaced. I dealt with Tara and Christina I was quoted $2317.78. I paid it on 9 May upfront. We were scheduled for the 16th but it had rained and we agreed to wait to the 17th. Tara text me on Thursday, May 18 and was trying to schedule the install for May 27 but it is already been done while the crew was still here we had asked about where the pool was because it had not lined back up. They said it should once the water is in and it is full. Everything was shipped back out, so we waited and it did not, so we went under the deck wipes and sand away and you could put your hand under the leg I knew it was washed out. I told the ladies it was washed out and I asked the crew to put the legs back on the bricks. they said they would and they did not. I also found screws and caps that were not put back on, they were on the ground under my deck I said we would build a berm. That is not what I asked them to do. I finally talked to a gentleman name Scott case. He seemed helpful, gave me his personal cell. Tell me this is not how they do business and that they would fix it but then, when I spoke with Tara the next day, I had to call her even though he told me she would call me, Tara told me that Scott was only a sales rep and he did not have any place in the areas that I was having issues with and he could not make those calls. As of now all the issues ourselves at this point but I have been a customer here since 2015 which is when your company originally installed the pool. I also bought a tarp cover for my pool and a new pump motor from you. I even paid you guys when you came to do my liner to change out my sand I’ve always bragged about your customer service and the work your company has done but you’ve lost a loyal customer. I feel let down for coming back and trying to keep my business with you.

Eric has worked on our pool, got rid of black algae that was under the old liner, replaced liners, replaced the diving board, found and repaired a small leak a couple of feet under the deep end concrete next to the diving board. They used dye tests and a sonar detection device. The leak repair was a small concrete patch, barely noticeable near the end of the diving board.
I've used other pool companies in the past and they just seemed to be hurrying through.
I've found that this company is the best because of Eric's knowledge and professionalism.
Country Leisure has shown me that they stand behind their services. During the liner replacement, there was a problem with the liner, from the manufacturer, found after the install. They re-ordered the new liner and when it arrived, re-installed perfectly.
No additional charges for labor. That is standing up for their services. I am VERY impressed. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable and never showed any frustrations at situations that would have really frustrated me.
I wrote this review after reading the "F" review. Maybe they confused this company with another.

I am thoroughly disgusted and appalled at the lack of service and the lack of professionalism and lack of transparency by this provider. The provider was to have the job completed by mid-June, 2014. I am writing this on July 2, 2014. As I write, the provider's workers are tearing tiles and coping that were property installed. I have just had an extensive conversation with the Rusty (Jeremy-the other owner). Rusty apologized and advised numerous times during the call that there was and quot;no excuseand quot; for this situation. He advised that Jeremy went with him this weekend and saw that the tile and coping had been improperly installed (this THREE WEEKS AFTER the job was to be completed) and that they would re-install after they finish removing. There are literally chunks of plaster floating in the pool water from where the tile and coping have been removed with a heavy drill. I am extremely concerned as to whether this company will even repair the plaster which it installed before re-installing the tile and coping.
Aside from the completely unprofessional, untimely and non-communicative way which they have handled the job. I am most concerned about the following:
On several occasions when I stopped to look at the job, there were workers sitting around what will hopefully some day be a pool without food or drink or transportation. I continue to be very concerned about how this company treats its employees.
Additionally, as I entered the house today the pool company had again left the front door key in the door and debris throughout the lower level of the house which they use to ingress and egress.
Last-I told the providers owner Rusty today that I fully believe that my job is weeks behind and being handled in a very negligent manner because I did not and quot;yell the loudestand quot; compared to the provider's other customers. The owner did not deny this statement and again advised that there was and quot;no excuseand quot;.
The owner advised me at the end of our call that and quot;this has never happened to any other customerand quot;. This statement provided me with no comfort or relief, considering the completely inexcusable process and situation.

They were great, they actually came up within an hour to look at the pool on the same day and fix it. That's work out really well. I thought he was just really professional and he came out like right away to do it. We are actually here when he fixed it and then we email the checks after his work done.

It was an above ground pool so they had to drain it a little bit and pull the ladder out. They added chemicals to it so it wouldn't have algae over the winter. They disconnect the pump and everything. The guy came out and I had questions about new technology for keeping the water clear. He had ion generator for the pool. He came out, hooked it up and got it going. We never had algae blooms this year. It was crystal clear all year round and that was to reduce chemical usage. It was not really pricey. The price actually went down when he notice that the price that he quoted me was for a larger pool. I would use them again most definitely.

We ordered and put a deposit down on the pool beginning of June and had the installation specifically scheduled on a Saturday so my husband or myself could be present. We were the very first one's on the schedule for installation on June 22nd. We get everything ready, electrical, stones for pump, area marked where pool is to go, etc. They were to arrive between 8-10 that morning. No call no show. My husband calls the co. and they tell him they haven't heard from him. Not sure where he is. Finally, he gets a call from the installer who tells him he is running behind because he had to install a pool in Moore first then would be coming to do ours next. Waiting, waiting, nothing. Calls says he will be at our house around 2:00. Waiting, waiting, nothing. He calls again and says he went an did another pool before ours and is now behind because it is taking longer than anticipated and can't make it, but will bring the all the equipment to the house and drop it off. So now our pool is bumped to Monday, June 24th to be installed and neither my husband nor myself can be there, which doesn't matter to them. They arrive Monday and begin digging up the ground. My daughter calls my husband and tells them they aren't taking the sod up like we were told, they are digging it up with the rest of the dirt. We were told by the sales person that they would cut up the sod so we could replace it somewhere else in our yard. My husband decides he will go check on the progress and talk with the installer. Installer says they never cut the sod or do anything like that, they dig it all up. They place the pump on the stones and have placed the pull so far away from the pump that it is stretched to its max. We were told that the pump had a 3 ft electrical cord, not so much and now the cord is super tight. We now need to get additional stones to move the pump over so it's not so tight and try to move the pump closer to the pool so the hoses aren't as tight as well. Once the pool is filled and we plug in the pump, we realize there are 2 leaks. Contacted Country Leisure to advise we have leaks that need to be fixed asap. Response and quot;Ok, I'll let him know and have him get back with you.and quot; This was Tuesday morning mind you and no response. I call them again when I get home around 5:30 to find out the status. Again, employee calls him says she didn't reach him, but she will send him the message again. While my husband was putting in chemicals, we notice another leak. That now makes 3 leaks. Received a call from the installer this morning at 6 something and he told my husband he was gathering up the guys from the shop and his tools and would be out to our house. Shocker of all shocker, surprise of all surprise, they didn't show up this morning. My husband calls him to find out where he is...no answer. He calls Country Leisure, they call the installer and he says my husband misunderstood what he said that he didn't tell him he would be out to our house this morning. So once again, we have been pushed aside because they were doing a pool installation first and then apparently were going to come to our house. They are to be at our house by noon. It's been one excuse after another. We've been told different things by the sales person and the installer about the pool. The only really GOOD experience about this whole thing is that you can take your water to the store, they will test it and tell you exactly what chemicals you need to put in and how much of each one. Overall...installation very disappointing and poor customer service by both the employee(s) answering the phone, the sales person, and the installer. Glad this part is over with needless to say.

When they come out they will hook everything up again, add the water and chemicals and then off they go. I got the pool from them and everything else is one stop shopping. They have everything there and all the things you need to maintain the pool. If you're having trouble with chemicals you can take your water in and they will do a a free test on it.

The sales were a little high pressure but the product is excellent quality. Overall we were hesitant about 8900 but wanted a really high flow spa. Now we only regret not getting it 15 years earlier. Oklahoma made was the final straw that made us chose them.

Miek Crawford, Sales Consultant was very helpful in ordering a spa that would fit the limited space on our patio. The spa was delivered on time, fit our space perfectly, and installed with no difficulty. They have promptly responded to any questions we have had, and sent repairmen for two minor issues that were quickly repaired.
