"Nothing to do with the guys but rather the previous people that they moved, they were several hours late. I was upset because this wasn't communicated with me. I had to call the office to find out what was going on and they still didn't call me back for quite awhile which stressed me out. I really thought they weren't going to show up but then they called me and assured me they would. They did and I was out of my condo before midnight. They had to make 2 trips since all of my stuff didn't fit into one truck. Also they were short a truck and a crew member which didn't help at all! Over all I would use these guys again and I recommend them!! They are a great tean and very hard workers!!"

"They were kind and careful. It was my first pack and move service with the company, and they did an extraordinary job. To give an example, two of the three workers were professionals, and one worker was a university student earning money for his tuition. While working to get things done within time, the fairly new worker accidentally made a dent in a tight hall way. He apologized several times. My new home was fairly new with elegant wall patterns, so I was worried. In short, they were able to visit again within a couple of days to put the dry wall mud, find and purchase the matching paint, and eliminate the dent. One of the professionals was Mr. Patrick Engleman, and he did a superb job on addressing the issue. Bravo guys! I had not been really fond of local services due to some not so good experiences as an international, but I definitely recommend these guys. One of the best service ever experienced. Cheers, Ziho.
