"After doing some research, I was looking for someone to come and clean my sectional sofa. I left my information online and Matt from Sanifect contacted me within 20 minutes and the appointment was made for the following day. They were very professional and nice and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. They have great reviews and that was my reason for hiring them compared to some of the bigger name companies."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I would like to compliment New Road Cleaning Services on the fantastic job they did with our carpeting. When I walked in Wednesday morning, I was amazed at the transformation. I was never expecting the carpet to come THAT clean. Absolutely incredible. Please convey my appreciation to Jon for a job well done. They have earned a regular customer."

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can clean your air conditioner filter as a temporary fix for cleaning up dirt, but you’ll eventually need to replace it once the dust starts to accumulate. Use a vacuum with a hose attachment to clean your air filter at least once per year or more often if you have pets.

Putting an air filter in backward can reduce airflow, which means your air conditioner has to work harder, putting a strain on your HVAC system. This can result in higher energy bills, premature repair, or even system replacement. Always check the manufacturer's guidelines to identify what is the front and back of the filter.

Air filters with a MERV rating of 11 or higher need to be changed every three to six months. If your filters are incredibly strained because of environmental factors, such as living in a smoggy, pollen-rich area with a large household, you may need to change your filters every two months regardless of the MERV rating.

Simple filter changes can be done DIY, but professionals should handle motor repairs, sensor issues, and airflow problems.

No, running your furnace without an air filter isn’t better than running it with a dirty filter. Even if it’s dirty, a filter will still prevent particles from blowing around your ducts and your house. However, neither of these options is good for your furnace or your health. Replace your filter once every one to three months for optimal furnace performance and air quality.
