"Adam is fantastic to work with, very professional and responsive. He is upfront as far as cost, time line, and repairs that are necessary. The plumbing and drywall work that was done looks very professional and it was nice to have one company with so much knowledge of multiple trades. If there are multiple people working, you will have to pay for both at the hourly rate... This is standard across every industry for Time and Materials work. Having more people will cut down on the time to complete the job, but it is the same man-hours so you are not paying more money for the same amount of work.
