"I called on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a quote the next Monday. On Tuesday the crew showed up and did the work. I didn't watch them do it but from what I researched the process was simple - dig out the pipe between the downspout and the elbow, replace it with a longer pipe and reconnect. They did that, and then ran water through the pipe to make sure it drained out to the street as expected (I saw them looking in the street drains). When it was all set they replaced the dirt and that was that. It was an easy project but I just didn't want to have to do it myself, and the All County crew did it right.
