I was very surprised to see that! The appropriate pipe was placed, a sump pump was installed and new concrete was poured to finish the job. The workers were prompt, efficient, and completed the work in a short time. I am happy with the results and would definitely recommend All County."

The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future.
