"They are overpriced, did not take proper precautions to protect our carpet, promised us professional carpet cleaning, then sent out two of their guys with rags and a shop vac to “clean” the carpets. Then we were told it’s not policy to send out carpet cleaners, and that we’re on our own. We were promised 4 different things involving quality of the project, none were done. This place is a total scam, and has SERIOUS communication and misinformation issues internally. Would never use them again. All they did was open up walls, spray some stuff, made a mess, and left us to handle any problems stemming from their lack of attention to detail, and crappy policies."

Tracy was my second call. I left a voicemail for the first person and did not get a return call. Tracy answered the phone, asked questions I could understand and answer and an appointment was made only a few days later. I met him and my realtor at the house. I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
