"I just had a new walk-in shower installed and had already contracted for laminate flooring to be installed in two bathrooms by a flooring company. I mainly needed a plumber to install two new toilets and faucets. I also needed someone to remove a vanity top and install a new top that I had already purchased. Even though this was a piecemeal project and precise scheduling was critical, Lacey gave me a fair price and I am very happy with the results. He advised me every step of the way so there were no surprises. He did not charge extra for additional toilet hardware needed nor did he charge to do a little extra caulking to beautify another existing vanity top and shower stall. Lacey's eye for detail made me confident that I received excellent service at a fair price. The workers were diligent in not causing any damage to the work already done and thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris, including the old toilets and the packaging from the new vanity and toilets."

"We hired Adam and his crew to paint multiple bedrooms, a hallway and entry way and to remove wallpaper in the living room, kitchen, dining room and stairwell and then to paint those rooms. Once we booked, they were quick to schedule a time to complete the job. His crew took great care of our furniture and house, covered everything with plastics and cleaned up each night before they left. They worked quickly and did a very nice job panting and removing the wallpaper. The crew was sure to ask if there was anything we wanted them to fix and the few, small spots that we found were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
