When windows are 10 feet tall, then a motorized lift is quite handy to assist with the installation.
In the winter months, it is always a good idea to bring extra lighting because the the sun sets so early and we must stay to complete the installation.

Egress windows are typically required for basements with habitable space or living quarters. Not all basements or lower levels require egress windows.
