"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. "Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. "Used a shop vac to sweep what they did get out, leaving a coat of dust on everything in our living room. Used 1 sponge they wet once to clean. We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."

"We are so happy with our new Frisby roof! We originally contacted Frisby because we were getting water in our basement and dining room floor. They came over very quickly to look our water damage & figure out where the water was coming from. They quoted a great price to replace our 20 year old roof and communicated with us on all aspects of replacing the roof, giving us samples of roof colors, etc. Our new roof was installed yesterday in one day, by their very professional workers, with Frisby showing us photos of roof damage/repairs throughout the day!! The workers also left our property so neat that you would hardly know they were there all day! All around great company to work with!"
