Awesome experience with Thomas & Sons. Unlike other companies we've dealt with, they arrived promptly with a full crew that was ready to work. They offered a fair price, conducted a thorough inspection, and helped us preserve our favorite tree. The crew was polite and very knowledgeable. After the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up the area nicely. Our trees look beautiful and much healthier.

"Never would I have anticipate this type of review I contracted this job to [Provider Information Removed] and you reached out to me stating they left a few pieces of wood that needed cut and a stump cut that needed to be made I sent one of my employees up to make those cuts and take care of all your concerns so the exact complaint is the one we already adreessed and were not the ones who did the job but took care of concerns You also talked to Ryan the owner of [Provider Information Removed] and the both of us agreed for the inconvenience of not getting the 3 pieces cut up and the stump cut not being made that we would take a small tree down at no cost so im very con"

During the removal of a tree they cracked the sidewalk pretty bad. I also paid for stump removal which they did not do. They said they would come and patch the sidewalk and they kept putting it off and eventually blocked me. Now I have to pay for it to get fixed.

"I spoke to him and yes we took a while to get back with Adrian and get the repair done however we didnt block him he was calling a number that was no longer in service we have a contractor accessing the concrete damage and going to do the repair upon talking to Adrian he also is gonna hire the contractor to do his driveway as well we dont do bad business and will anything in our power to ensure we make him happy"
