Window Genie of Columbus East

For years I used and loved Window Genii, but I am very disappointed with the bad job they did a few weeks ago. The windows are smeary, inside and out (and some are windows I cannot clean myself, so I have to look at the mess) and there were some panes of glass that didn't get cleaned at all. They finished the job at twilight and the problems didn't become evidence till the next day.

They came early..( rain was due ) and did an incredible job …inside and out ! They were professional yet friendly ..and helpful with a film issue on windows. I will recommend them to anyone ..and use them again next year. They are the BEST!

This was a great experience. My initial call to schedule was returned not long afterward, and on the date agreed (since weather was cooperative), Justin arrived within the time-slot that was promised. He handled the work quickly and diligently, and when he left the windows looked better than they had in a long, long time.

Very good job, but they overlooked a couple of windows.

Better then I ever expected! Tim was a total professional, courteous and efficient. In what seems like no time at all he cleaned 19 windows, inside and out, the willow sills and the screens. I could not believe the difference. I've already recommended him to my family, friends and strangers in a store.

They were on time and professional. The quality of the job was excellent. I will use them again. The price was good.

Although the person who gave the estimate assured me they could reach the second floor in the old part of the house, they could reach but couldn't wash the insides because their ladders don't have the "spreaders" to stabilize them, resulting in not being able to be up there and open the storms. They washed the outsides of those windows, three sides on the first floor and the outside of the new part plus inside windows on stairs that I can't reach. They really tried to reach the insides of the old part and did an excellent and professional job on what they could reach. As in the ad and original discussion, they did a beautiful job of cleaning the edges around the windows and the sills. I would hire them again.

This was a great, effortless experience from start to finish. Tim was very responsive when I called him and came out to do a walk-around before giving me his estimate. We were scheduled within 10 days of my initial call. Tim and his assistant were here 10 minutes before the appointment time and worked diligently until everything was done. My husband said that given how easy and reasonably priced this was, we'll have to be sure to have our windows cleaned regularly, rather than dreading it and putting it off until the windows are really filthy!

The windows were ok. A couple weren't cleaned well. None of my screens were cleaned.

It wasn't like it was an awful experience. The windows were not great but okay. They left quite a bit of dirty water that drops in the window sills. There was just a lot of dirty water drops at the bottom of the windows. I think that was something that would be cleaned as well. They made a mess. There wasn't a thorough attention to detail there. The price was a little high for the level of service. Timeliness was good. They were great guys.

I contacted Tim earlier this week to get pricing on cleaning 22 windows.  He was driving when I called - stated he would call me back later in the day to advise potential openings.  He had a cancellation so he was able to get me in the same week.  Tim and two other gentlemen arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in about an hour.  
I'll be using them in the future for window cleaning and possibly add on additional services like pressure washing, gutter cleaning and roof washing.

They did an amazing job.  Very responsive and helpful, especially since we had some larger and higher windows.  Very friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.

They showed up on time, were efficient, polite, professional. They cleaned my downstairs windows and did a good job.
