I explained the job to man on phone. High rise, no repelling diwn building. E verything seemed fine. BUT company sent a trainee who had never done high rise with pull in windows. Nice young man but not efficient or experienced. I would not usevthis ecpensive service again. Not worth the money.

He brushed my screens insteadof washing them. They still have lots of dust on them. He set dirty screens on my carpet, leaving dirt. He didn't take his time, he wanted to get the whole house done it one hour, inside and out.

We are a company that believes in integrity. When working inside a customer's home we always work over a tarp and wear booties over our shoes.
