At Five Star Bath Solutions, we’ve made it our mission to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Our number one priority is customer service and satisfaction: We use only the highest quality products We train and certify all of our technicians We work exclusively on bathroom remodels All of this is done to make sure you are happy with the end results.

"I would never hire this company again, which I regret to say. They did my bathroom in March 2025. Complete remodel. It was so poorly done, they had to do it all over again. First time 4 days, second time 3.5 days. Marcus was the salesman that gave me an estimate. Camron and Hector were the first team to come out. They did very sloppy work. They rushed it. Ken, the project manager, even said it looked like a bad DIY project. Details and pics are below. I called to complain, they offered me a 10% discount. And they did give me reimbursement for the 3.5 days of pto I had to use for the second round. They said anything more than 10% would void the warrenty of the work. Discount was really bad, especially for the stress. But I either had to take them to court and get my money back or lose out on money then hire a whole new company, or give them a second shot. I went the path of least resistance. They contracted another company to do the work, Canales Construction who did a good job. If"

"Terrible!!! I would invite your viewers to visit the Better Business Bureau of Dayton's website to review the complaints listed, along with the Facebook page of the company. The current owner truly does make your project unique but there is nothing seamless and comfortable. The uniqueness that this company brings is you are provided a hands down bid with no further out of pocket expenses - it's solid - even if additional materials are needed. That is not true. The scope of the project was discussed including materials, finishing, etc. but according the contractor, these were 'favors' and costs were out of his pocket. The concrete he poured for the patio is terrible and he thinks we should pay him to fix it (see attached picture) ; he splattered concrete all over my front door and he thinks it is only dirt (see attached picture) even though he told us numerous times it is going to take muriatic acid to clean it. Why would I need muriatic acid to clean off dirt!. He can not obtain/get/keep subcontractors to perform the work. When subcontractors do arrive, they only worked a couple of hours a days maybe twice a week, and if they know you are home, they abruptly pick up and leave. Makes one wonder what they were hiding. When a subcontractor did show up to do the roof he arrived at 4:00 PM and worked until 9:00 PM - talk about unique! This contractor had more excuses for not getting the job done and would just laugh it off saying it's all good. Now, because the building department signed off on the project, he is done and we are left to fix and clean up his mistakes...it's not all good! This company is not a trusted local pro for any home project and customer satisfaction and professionalism is not their top priority."
